Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us.

At AI Love Discovery, we collect the information needed to create and deliver your personalized digital collection. This includes questionnaire answers and selected preferences, an email address if provided, order and payment confirmation information, and basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website.

We use this information to process orders, generate your AI portrait and written content, make your collection available, and provide customer support.

Selected preferences are sent to third-party AI services, currently Alibaba Cloud DashScope endpoints in the United States. Generated content, model request identifiers, usage information and processing status may be stored for recovery and troubleshooting.

Orders, questionnaire snapshots, generated content, image assets, PDFs, access records and any email preview information are currently stored in private files on the application server. This development deployment has no automated retention or deletion schedule.

We use essential browser cookies to associate your browser with orders and authorized delivery access. Questionnaire progress may also be saved in browser storage. Server and development logs may contain technical errors and order references.

Payment information will be handled through a payment provider when payment services are enabled. Currently, checkout supports development payment simulations only and does not collect card details. Automatic email delivery is not configured; an optional development email preview stores the supplied email address but sends no external message.

We do not sell your personal information.

Current safeguards include server-side API keys, order access checks, hashed access tokens, expiring delivery links and file integrity checks. These safeguards do not guarantee absolute security.

Your information may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

This policy describes the current development service. Commercial launch remains pending confirmation of retention periods, international transfer arrangements, service-provider terms and legally required operator disclosures.
